HOW TO MEASURE
1. CHEST
Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is horizontal across the back
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waistline (narrowest part, typically where your body bends side to side), make sure the tape measure is horizontal.
